First Look: 2020 Acura TLX Sedan and 2020 Acura RDX SUV

 

It’s already halfway through 2019, and that means it’s time to start talking about 2020 models. To prepare Acura car lovers for what’s to come, here’s a first look from Phil Smith Acura.

2020 Acura TLX Sedan

The biggest change for the 2020 Acura TLX sedan is the return of the Type-S performance badge, which will sport the manufacturer’s new Super Handling All-Wheel Drive for extra control. The newest model will build with a number of new features, including a new grille. Other visual enhancements to expect: a more robust side skirts and a redesigned rear. The standard 2020 Acura TLX sedan will boast a V6 engine and all-wheel drive. This is what we know for now. Any changes to the powertrain have yet to be revealed.

Acura is also releasing a limited-release 2020 Acura TLX PMC Edition, boasting special touches like nano-pigment paint, body colored grille, a gloss black painted roof, and 19-inch wheels. Inside, the car has black Milano leather seats with Alcantara inserts, black piping and red stitching, and metal-finished paddle shifters. Only 360 will be produced, each with an individually numbered serial plaque on the lower console.

2020 Acura RDX SUV

The third generation of the Acura RDX made its debut in 2019, with improved performance and a sleek Acura design. The 2020 Acura RDX will build on its predecessor. It’s expected to include a 2.0-liter turbo-charged 4-cylinder engine, offering 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. This stylish crossover will likely be a favorite for drivers whether they are commuting to work or enjoying a long Sunday drive.
